Why should you buy?

With a Spilag workwear subscription, you pay a flat-rate service fee and don't have to worry about purchasing, care and replacement - your employees will always have fresh workwear in their wardrobes.

Workwear on subscription is that simple:


1. DELIVER FRESH WORK CLOTHES

We deliver the workwear to you hygienically clean, punctually and reliably at the agreed delivery interval. On request, we can sort the workwear into each individual employee's locker. See locker service.

2. PICK UP WORN LAUNDRY

When we deliver fresh work clothes, we take the worn or damaged textiles back to our laundry.

3. WASH AND CARE

We wash, dry and care for your workwear in our own laundry. We do our utmost to recover heat and water. We also constantly optimise the use of detergents without compromising on cleanliness and hygiene. Through efficient washing processes and continuously monitored procedures, we fulfil the European standard EN 14065:2002. The aim of this RABC system is to ensure a defined microbiological quality of the processed workwear. See quality management.

 

4. CHECK, REPAIR, REPLACE

We check every single item of clothing thoroughly. If an open seam or a loose button is found, this is repaired immediately in our in-house sewing shop. If the damage to a work dress is too great, it is replaced immediately. This is made possible by our large warehouse, which always has a sufficient quantity of your workwear in stock. Our top priority is to ensure that your workwear is in perfect condition.

5. ALLOCATE AND PACK

We fold, sort and pack the work clothes into hygienic transport boxes according to your requirements. So that they arrive as clean as they leave our laundry. Optionally, we can seal your workwear airtight in plastic film.
