General Terms and Conditions (B2C)
The masculine formulation is representative of the feminine spelling.
Scope of validity
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between Spilag AG, Seon, and its customers in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded. They form an integral and supplementary part of all orders concluded via the SPILAG.CH online shop.
Order / Registration
It is up to the customer to register for an order in the SPILAG.CH online shop or to place an order without registering. In both cases, Spilag AG requires information about the user (name, address, e-mail address, etc.).
In either case, the customer is obliged to provide truthful personal details. Spilag AG reserves the right to delete customer data at any time and without giving reasons or to block a user name and password.
Offers
The listing of the product range in the online shop of Spilag AG alone does not constitute a legally binding offer. The presentation on the Internet is non-binding, as is the information on the availability of the products.
The products are always supplied in accordance with samples, illustrations or sketches. Minor deviations in size, colour, structure and workmanship are reserved. Particularly in the case of repeat orders, deviations are unavoidable unless otherwise agreed in writing. We also reserve the right to provide incorrect information or illustrations due to technical defects in our technical infrastructure.
Value added tax / Prices
All prices include value added tax (VAT) in Swiss francs (CHF). Scheduled offers are only valid for the specified period. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery
The delivery of all services offered on SPILAG.CH is limited exclusively to the territory of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. The goods are delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer at the time of ordering. The delivery time is normally two to three working days, but delivery delays are reserved in exceptional cases. If the goods are customised (shortening, printing, embroidery, etc.), the delivery time may be extended to two to three weeks.
Claims for damages due to delayed or omitted deliveries are excluded. Payments already made will be refunded. Cash on delivery is not offered.
A shipping fee of CHF 12.95 incl. VAT will be charged per order. There is no minimum order value.
Payment
Spilag AG accepts the payment methods displayed to the customer during the order process. These are: Mastercard, Visa and Postcard. The purchase price and the shipping costs incurred will be debited at the time the order is placed. Credit card payments are encrypted; Spilag AG does not store any card data.
Discounts or vouchers are only accepted subject to the conditions displayed on the voucher. A voucher code or value is entered during the payment process. Discounts not claimed during this process can no longer be subsequently granted. Discounts cannot be accumulated.
Complaints / Guarantee
The buyer shall inspect the goods for any defects immediately upon receipt. Material or manufacturer defects must be reported in writing (Spilag AG, Oholten 17, 5703 Seon) or by e-mail (info@spilag.ch) within 8 days of receipt of the goods. Defective items must be noted on the delivery note when returning the goods. Spilag AG accepts no liability for material or manufacturer defects reported at a later date.
Right of return
Ordered items can be returned in their original packaging within 8 days of receipt. Items with customised adjustments (shortening, printing, embroidery, etc.) and reduced items are excluded from returns. Spilag AG will only accept returns of intact, unworn and undamaged items with the corresponding delivery note. Should Spilag AG notice a deterioration of the goods, it is entitled to retain a part of the purchase price paid, which it determines at its discretion. The return is at the customer's expense and the date of the postmark is binding for returns.
Privacy policy
The recorded data will only be collected, processed and used to fulfil the obligations arising from the purchase contract and will only be used for operationally necessary purposes. The disclosure of data to third parties for operationally necessary purposes is hereby authorised. The customer is personally responsible for the login data (incl. password) and the orders placed with it. Particularly sensitive data is transmitted securely using encrypted transmission (SSL).
Other
The legal relationships are subject to Swiss law.
