Terms of use

The following terms of use apply to the websites offered by Spilag AG (SPILAG.CH) and the associated services. These terms of use may be supplemented, modified or replaced in individual cases by other terms and conditions, e.g. for the purchase of goods. By logging in or, if an explicit login is not required, by commencing use, the validity of these terms of use in their respective version is accepted.

 

Copyright

The content of the web pages offered by Spilag AG is subject to Swiss legislation on copyright and intellectual property. All reproduction rights are reserved. This also applies to documents that can be accessed via the website. The reproduction of the entire site or only parts of it, programmes, graphics, images, video, scripts and texts on electronic media or on paper is prohibited, except with the express permission of Spilag AG.

 

Brands

Trade marks, trademarks, product names and company names or logos are the property of Spilag AG or their respective owners. All rights reserved.

 

Registration / Password

Access to some SPILAG.CH websites is reserved for registered users. When registering, the user is obliged to provide truthful information and to inform Spilag immediately of any subsequent changes. However, there is no entitlement to registration by Spilag AG. Access authorisation can be revoked by Spilag at any time and without giving reasons. Access data will be blocked in particular if the user has provided false information during registration, has violated applicable laws when using the Spilag Websites or has not used the Spilag Websites for a longer period of time.

Following registration, the user will automatically receive an e-mail notification that his/her user account has been set up. The user's e-mail address also serves as the user name for the user account. During the registration process, the user is asked to enter a password of their choice. The user has the option of changing this password after logging into their user account. The user must keep his access code and password secret at all times and protect them against unauthorised access by third parties. The password cannot be viewed by Spilag AG. Spilag AG will also never ask its customers for their personal password by e-mail. The customer is responsible for any misuse of the access code and password.

 

Liability

Users are responsible for all their activities on and in connection with the SPILAG.CH websites.

Spilag AG endeavours to carefully maintain and service these sites. Despite careful checks, Spilag cannot accept any liability for the accuracy of the content or for the constant availability of the SPILAG.CH websites or for lost, damaged or deleted downloads.

The legal relationships are subject to Swiss law.
